About Me:
Hi! My name is Elis Tranemyr and I'm the driving force behind MuseFlex Academy!
Music has been my passion since I was a teenager when I started playing drums. I'm self-taught on the piano, guitar, and electric bass, and I've studied music both in London and at Umeå University, where I'm currently finishing my degree to become a music teacher. But I'm not just a musician and teacher - I'm also a composer and entrepreneur. I specialize in instrumental music of varying genres and have written everything from simple relaxing piano music to exciting rock tracks and grand symphonic movements. Besides my own music creations, I run a YouTube channel called Otamazoo, where I’ve made over 375 videos covering all kinds of music on two quirky instruments called the otamatone and kazoo. I'm well-versed in everything musical, so whether you want to learn an instrument, improve your music theory, or get customized music for your projects, I'm here to help and look forward to working with you!
How to hire MuseFlex!
The easiest way to hire MuseFlex is to send an email detailing what you want to learn or hire us for, and we'll take it from there! Our lessons are generally priced at $30 for 30 minutes and $45 for 1 hour, with discounts available for people signing up for weekly courses. But we are flexible and open to discussing both the price and your specific learning goals via email. The same applies for custom music requests - just send us an email and we’ll discuss the details further! You can find our email address on the Contact page at the bottom of this site. Alternatively, you can hire us via Fiverr by clicking the button below or by searching for MuseFlex on Fiverr. As we are just starting out we can currently only offer 4 gigs on Fiverr, but we aim to level up our account on fiverr as soon as we can and provide up to 10 gigs in the near future!

Instrument or Music Theory Lessons:
Our music education, whether it's theory or instruments, takes place over Zoom. After payment is confirmed, we'll find a time slot that works for you. Before the lesson, I'll ask you about any specific topics you want to learn and customize the session just for your wants!
Custom compositions and music:
Elis Tranemyr, who runs MuseFlex Academy, isn't just a certified music teacher but also a talented composer. Whether you need calm, tranquil background music or epic, action-heavy sounds, he can deliver it! Just send us an email, and we can discuss exactly what you need and how you'll use the music, as well as payment and other details. Examples of Elis's wide composing skills are available below and on music streaming sites like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.
Sheet Music and Musical Feedback:
If you want to order custom-made, easy-to-read sheet music or tabs for your favorite song, or if you'd like feedback on your music from an experienced creator, send us an email. We can discuss your needs and decide on a price for the service.
